Welcome to St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg, lovingly called “St. Pete” by locals, is nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the well-known Tampa Bay. Given its prime location between two different bodies of water, residents are never more than 15 minutes from a shoreline. An abundance of parks on both the Bay and the beach accent a uniquely outdoorsy lifestyle.

St. Pete is broken up into several neighborhoods, each with its own charm. Many of these neighborhoods are walkable and have local shops and restaurants close by. Whether a resident is looking for a waterfront home or a quaint bungalow, St. Pete has the perfect neighborhood to match those wants and needs.

The Sunshine City is also home to a few iconic hotels: The Don CeSar, located on St. Pete Beach, and the Vinoy Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort & Golf Club, located right downtown. The Vinoy is adjacent to the Bay and is within walking distance to the famous Beach Drive. Beach Drive is full of local shops and restaurants with a wide range of cuisines to choose from, making it the perfect date night destination.

The new St. Pete Pier opened in the summer of 2020 and did not disappoint. The pier is equipped with a beach, a pavilion with quick bites, a splash pad, two sit-down restaurants, a coffee shop, a rooftop tiki bar, and endless skyline views.
