We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Brand & Marketing Manager to help bring the Nobska brand to life across every platform and touchpoint. This is an in-house, part-time role (Mon–Fri, 1–5 PM) working closely with our CEO to lead marketing campaigns, elevate our visual presence, and support agent recruiting and growth through thoughtful, strategic content.
At Nobska, we believe marketing should feel elevated, personal, and purposeful. This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts creative and operational — someone who can plan a campaign, manage the moving parts, and ensure everything stays beautifully on-brand.
This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and an eye for design — excited to grow within a fast-paced, boutique brokerage that values creativity, ownership, and impact.
